Leila writes cadenzas for the Beethoven Concerto

Leila writes: "It was rewarding to write my own cadenzas to such a beloved masterwork. I aimed to give a refreshing perspective on musical ideas that Beethoven used. While still using as much of his own compositional motifs as possible, the cadenzas take a harmonically eclectic and spontaneous approach..." In addition to the Cadenza, Leila also wrote an accompanying essay included in the program notes for her performances.
